Mystic Bodyworks Continuum Circuit Training is a form of conditioning combining resistance training and high-intensity aerobics. It is designed to be easy to follow and target strength building as well as muscular endurance. An exercise “circuit” is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. The Mystic Bodyworks Continuum Circuit is unique in that all forms of fitness are challenged and developed while making form and posture the primary focus. The Mystic Bodyworks Continuum Circuit is not for beginners. Circuit Training can be an extremely effective way to improve strength, endurance and functional movement, it provides a total body workout, it is easy to adapt to any sport and The Continuum Circuit has the potential to burn more calories than conventional aerobic exercise or strength training.
