Rodolfo Mari, the founder of Mystic Bodyworks, is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Master Trainer. He is certified in Yoga, Pilates, Personal Training and CranioSacral Therapy. Rodolfo has dedicated all of his working years to help people evolve Total Body Awareness and enjoy maximum fitness in a pain free body. Rodolfo has worked as a top Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher and Massage Therapist at some of New York City’s best health clubs, Yoga studios and spas.
In 2005 Rodolfo relocated to CT from NYC and opened a small office in Stonington CT to serve the needs of those seeking therapeutic exercise and massage therapy. In 2008 the office relocated to Mystic and expanded to include a large class room, a separate Massage room and Physical Training areas to be able to offer Specialized Group Fitness classes along with our other services.
Besides compiling many professional certifications in Fitness, Yoga, Pilates, Massage Therapy and Tango Rodolfo has completed the 4 core courses at the Milne Institute for Visionary CranioSacral Work and he has also completed the 4 core courses plus the Advanced CranioSacral Therapy Course at the Upledger Institute.
